[Genome] problem about uploading & displaying custom track

Hi,

 

I've encountered some problems when uploading my custom track data to
Genome Browser and need your help:

 

1)       I've put my track data files on a public accessible server
(Server 1) with following links:

 

http://www.terryfoxlab.ca/people/dmager/PolyERV/strain_info.html

 

http://www.terryfoxlab.ca/people/dmager/PolyERV/track_data.txt

 

http://www.terryfoxlab.ca/people/dmager/PolyERV/track_description.html

 

However, when I upload my track_data.txt file to Genome Browser, I got
an error message as below:

 

Error http://www.terryfoxlab.ca/people/dmager/PolyERV/track_data.txt:
404 Not Found

 

2)       When I put the above files on a different server (Server 2), it
could be uploaded and displayed successfully. However, if I only put the
"track_data.txt" file on Server 2 from which it can be uploaded and
leave the other two files still on Server 1, I can access my track from
genome browser but with an error message when trying to display the
track description page:

However, the external link (pointed to the "strain_info.html" file on
Server 1) works fine.

 

Since the above links on Server 1 are all publicly accessible HTTP
links, I don't know why they didn't work for genome browser. I'm looking
