[Genome] complete human protein sequence dataset

Mark,

The protein sequences for the UCSC Genes track are found
in the knownGenesPep table.  You can get them via the
Table Browser.  For other gene-prediction tracks, there
is usually a *Pep table as well.  They are also available
for bulk download in the downloads section.
