[Genome] buying preferrably a BAC or at least a PAC of protein Aoc3, ucsc clone uc0071op.1 , is there any place to buy the BAC clone? Invitrogen does not have it.

Hello Ron,
UCSC does not sell clones, but we do display the locations of BACs in
our "BAC End Pairs" track:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?hgS_doOtherUser=submit&hgS_otherUserName=Rhead&hgS_otherUserSessionName=mm9.uc007lop.1
If you click on an item in the BAC End Pairs track, there will be a link
on the details page that goes to the NCBI Clone Registry, which contains
information about clone distributors.
Many clones in the NCBI Clone Registry are available from the BACPAC
Resources Center at CHORI:
http://bacpac.chori.org/home.htm
I hope this information is helpful.
