Hi,
I am looking for a complete list of proteins encoded by the human genome
(with the protein sequences) for a comparative genomics project. Would
you have such a thing or know where I could find the best compilation. I
would prefer to have one protein per gene if possible, ie. not
alteranative products due to alternative splicing.
Thanks in advance for your help.
best regards,
Mark
