[Genome] Repeatmasker *.align files for Human and Mouse Genomes

Hello Bernard,

	We broke those files up for you -- one per chromosome.  You can find 
them here (chr*.fa.align.gz files in these directories):

http://hgwdev.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm5/RMalign/

	Those are temporary.  We will leave them there through the end of this 
week.  Please let us know as soon as you have successfully downloaded 
them, then we will remove them.
