[Genome] Repeatmasker *.align files for Human and Mouse Genomes

Dear Archana,

Thank you for helping us with the files. 
I do have problems downloading the files, as the server stops when the download reaches about 80%.
Perhaps, it's due to the internet connection between Singapore and US.
Can you break the files into two sets so that I can download them and merge them?
