[Genome] Query about Multiz and Net alignment

Hi there,

I wanted to clarify some queries regarding Multiz and Level of alignment

when I look at a region on the Human Browser a gap is seen on the
Chimp net alignment Level 1. However the region is described as a
bunch of Ns when I place my cursor on that gap. On Level 2 it is
assigned to a chrom15_random (Both Human and Chimp Level 1 are chr 15).

On the Multiz alignment the gap is shown as a double line and not a
pale yellow region on the Chimp alignment.

I am wondering whether it is a gap, since on the Multiz it is shown
as a double line and not as pale yellow (representing Ns).

Hope you can help me clarify this query.

Thanks.

Best,
