[Genome] Phylogenetic tree used for 16 way vertebrate conservation track

Hi,

I see there is a tree on the vertebrate conservation track description
page (http://genome.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?g=multiz17way),
however no branch lengths are labelled. Could I please obtain the
phylogenetic tree with branch lengths, newick format would be
preferable!
