The "older" Venter genome is available on Ensembl now, as a multiple
alignment
with other Celera individuals using webpages like:

http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/sequencealignview?
l=3:154552858.5-154652858.5

Select "all individuals". Craig's genome is HuBB.

At the end of October (release 47) we will have both the newer Craig
(7x coverage)
and Jim Watson sequence (~12x).

currently this display ignores insertions in the reference in terms
of display,
though the underlying API can cope fine with (small) indels.
