[Genome] Yeast genome assembly

Johanne,

We don't currently have plans to update the existing yeast assembly on 
our website.  We may consider updating it in the future if our 
scientific advisory board decides that it is a priority.  You might want 
to consider running a mirror of our Genome Browser and adding the latest 
yeast assembly to that.  Details for how to set up a mirror are here:
