[Genome] Blat links to Ensembl

Thanks for your compliments on the genome browser.
The Ensembl Gene Predictions that we display in the latest human
assembly (hg18) are based on Ensembl's v38 build. So, the link from the
details page on our site to Ensembl's apr2006 archive is correct.
We are working on updating to a more recent version of Ensembl Genes.
