I see. That makes perfect sense. I don't think anyone from outside the
firewall can access the internal browser. Thanks for the helpful

Jin,
Is your internal table browser accessible from outside your network?
Galaxy needs to call back to a table browser instance to fetch data
asynchronously. If it can't make a connection to your table browser,
this error will be generated. Perhaps your firewall is not allowing
Galaxy to make this connection?
