[Genome] Help on error of Galaxy submission

Hello Jin,

This is probably an issue with Galaxy not being able to access your
internal browser. When you submit something to Galaxy using the Table
Browser, it sends a URL to Galaxy (like ...hgTables?hgsid=%u), then
Galaxy invokes the Table Browser with the cart settings associated with
your session ID. In this case, it sounds like Galaxy can't get to your
internal Genome Browser.

One way you could get around this problem is to save your Table Browser
results to a file (instead of checking the box to send it directly to
Galaxy), and then upload that file to Galaxy.

I hope this helps explain what is happening. If you have further
questions, please do not hesitate to write back to this list.
