[Genome] Help on error of Galaxy submission

Browser helpers,

When I submit a BED format to Galaxy from the Table Browser using our
internal browser, I got the following error 
An error occurred running this job: It appears that the UCSC Table
Browser is currently offline. You may try again later., 
But when I use the public ucsc browser and follow the exactly same
steps, the error never showed up. Could you give me some hints on what
problem it might be? Thanks.
