[Genome] UCSC and mysql-connector

Dear Mr. Dougherty,



We've found your mail on the UCSC mailing list, when we tried to establish a
connection with their database, via a MySQL connector, and we've seen that
you had the same problem as we do. Except that we are working with Visual
C#.

We wondered if you could help us, and maybe give us some guide lines about
how to establish the connection, and how to run the SQL queries via the
Visual Studio. You probably know about J, but we assume that it won't be to
difficult to transform it to C#.
