[Genome] questions about centromere and telomere positions

Hi there,

 

I am trying to get the centromere and telomere coordinates on each
chromosome for the following genomes:

Hg18, canFam2, panTro2, mm9, rn4 and rheMac2.

 

I followed the instructions from this webpage,

But I failed to get all what I want. 

 

Do you have any suggestions?
