[Genome] mm8 to hg17

[Hadi Al-Hasani]

Dear all,

we have been mapping quite a lot mouse QTL peak markers to mm8, i.e.
NCBIs build 36. Now we've been asked by collegues to provide corresponding 
coordinates for the human genome, NCBIs build 35, i.e. hg 17.

It seems that mm8<->hg17 is a rare combination....Does anyone have an idea
how to deal with this, i.e. come up with a (basic) synteny table/alignment  for 
hg17:mm8?
