[Genome] human UTR sequence-gene name-probe_setID

Dear Sirs and Madams,
I need to relate microRNAs data with gene expression data.
I would like to relate UTR sequences with the gene names of their  
entire sequences or Affymetrix probeset ID.
Is it possible to do this?
