[Genome] genePred file

Hi Esteban,

The reason it was not previously included on the FAQ "Data file formats" 
page is that it is not a file format per se, but a commonly used table 
format that is often downloaded into a file.  However, we agree that it 
would be useful to have a description of the genePred format on the FAQ 
page, and we have added it:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat#format9
