[Genome] Ensembl genes update

Hello,

For human, the UCSC genome browser is displaying the transcript set from 
Ensembl version 38 (Apr 2006).  Ensembl has an updated gene set for 
human on this same assembly (NCBI 2006).  The Ensembl genes are quite 
different in some cases when comparing UCSC and Ensembl due to this 
older set.  Any chance you could update them?
