[Genome] bug report

hello,I am an ungraduated student of FUDAN university in ShangHai of CHINA.recently I downloaded the 
refMrna sequences of human and chimpanzee from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html, and found 
these two packages (refMrna.fa.gz of chimpanzee) and (refMrna.fa.gz of human) are almost same,even their gene names!I also du the confirm.is this a bug or some misunderstand of me?
