Hi Genome Group, Unlike most researchers, I am interested in the repeat elements in the mouse genome. I am trying to figure out how the repeat elements are assigned-what are the exact sequences. I have visited Repbase, they only show the consensus sequences i.e. for SINES, what are the original sequences, and how can I see them. Thank you , Sohail Jahid
