[Genome] regarding conservation values download

Hello,

I want to download  the conservation values for chr21 and chr22 for the Apr 2003 release, but the same track is not present in the " group : comparative genomics". where as the same information is present for the March 2006 version. 

 Can you help me out, how to get the info pertaining to Apr 2003 release.
