[Genome] ERVWE1 human gene

Hi,

It seems me curious that in the last hg18 build for Human genome, there  
is no presence of
the ERVWE1 gene (NM_014590) located in 7q21.

Are there some specific policies regarding the location of all Refseq  
NM_ entries ??
