[Genome] Intronic single-exon genes

I am trying to get a list of all the genes (ensembl or known genes)  
that meet the following criteria:

1) have only a single exon

2) reside within the intron of another gene (on either the same or  
opposing strand)

Does anyone know if this is possible using the table browser?
