Hello
I was told a few months ago that the UCSC genome browser was in the
process of mapping a set of oligonucleotides probes for zebrafish
microarray, designed by Compugen.
This is used for example in that article:
http://genetics.plosjournals.org/perlserv/?request=get-document&doi=10.1371/journal.pgen.0010029
Was this mapping achieved? Where can I find it on the genome browser or
on the ftp server?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Julien
