[Genome] dbSNP(128)

Hello Olivier,

We have dbSNP 127 available on our test server for now:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/

Please keep in mind that it has not yet gone through our rigorous QA 
process and may contain errors.   We do not yet have a track for dbSNP 
128.  I can email you when this data is available on the Genome Browser.
