Dear Rahim,

There is a list a publications by UCSC staff that are related to the UCSC
Genome Browser and to some of the software and data. Here is the link to

Each year we have a database update paper in Nucleic Acids Research. for
2007, it is
Kuhn et al. The UCSC Genome Browser database: update 2007.
Nucleic Acids Res. 2007 Jan;35(Database issue):D668-73.

There are also also Genome Browser papers relating to Blat, the Table
Browser, Known Genes and the Gene Sorter among others.
