[Genome] Gene-specific SNP data downloads

Hi,
 
Please, does anyone know whether it is possible to download at table
showing all the SNPs in a gene together with their alleles, allele
frequencies and chromosomal postions in different populations?  I am a
bit of a novice at querying tables.
