To the UCSC genome browser group,
At the Venter Institute, we are interested in making a unique set of
human variant data publicly accessible to the genomics community. Given
the popularity of your genome browser, we would like to provide this
data resource as "tracks" that others could view in the context of the
public human genome. Would you let us know how we could prepare and
provide this dataset to facilitate its open access?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
