[Genome] Color coding individual exons of a gene

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way to set different colors for the 
individual exons of a gene in a custom track.  For example, if a gene 
predictor assigns a different score to each exon, it would be nice to 
show the scores via a color-coding or greyscale scheme.  I know it's 
possible to treat each exon as a separate item in the track, but in that 
case the exons won't be linked together to form a gene structure (as I 
understand it).  Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
