[Genome] Genes associated with Transcription Factor Binding Sites....

  I hope you can help me. I am a student currently studying RE1 transcription factor binding sites. I have identified and have the coordinates for around 1300 sites. My question is this - do you know of an efficient way to identify any genes that may be associated with these sites, & subsequent functions these genes may related to? Ideally, i'd like to look 100kb either side of each RE1.
   
  I know individual searches can be made on ontology sites, but i don't know of any largescale way of doing this given a set of coordinates. Any suggestions would be very gratefully accepted...
