Hello Upendra,
I assume you already have the sequence for your gene, and wants to know
how to generate a multiple alignment. Unfortunately, we don't provide
any tools for multiple alignments. One of our developers suggests to use
some standard genome multiple alignments programs such as:
ClustalW - http://www.ebi.ac.uk/clustalw/
The program can also be downloaded via link from this site.
MAFFT - http://www.biophys.kyoto-u.ac.jp/~katoh/programs/align/mafft/
T-Coffee - http://www.ebi.ac.uk/t-coffee/
and others: http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/alignment.html
I hope that this helps you. If this does not answer your question,
please don't hesitate to write back to the list.
Regards,
Archana
