[Genome] aligning sequences

Dear Madam/Sir,

 

I would like to align the sequence of myd88 and compare the sequence
similarity between human, pig, mouse and Rat...etc. so if I get the
sequence of anyone them how to align them???I want to know the possible
similarity region between them.
