Hi,
I've been successfully using custom tracks to show
probe scores from a genome-tiling microarray.
However, sometime this week my tracks stopped showing
up on the browser for a few chromosomes. Some
chromosomes were fine...
Here is an example of the tracks I am using:
-----------------------start---------------------
browser hide all
browser dense refGene
track type=wiggle_0 name=89599 description='89599'
visibility=full color=255,0,0 autoScale=on
graphType=points yLineMark=0 yLineOnOff=ON
windowingFunction=maximum smoothingWindow=16
maxHeightPixels=64:64:8
variableStep chrom=chr1 span=56
56753 -0.31
56853 -1.36
56953 -1.11
57053 -0.18
57153 -0.55
57253 -1.15
57353 -1.87
57453 -1.61
57553 -1.47
57753 -0.69
variableStep chrom=chr10 span=50
84678 0.51
84778 0.35
84878 -0.17
84978 1.27
85078 -0.15
85178 -0.89
85278 -0.41
85378 -1.0
variableStep chrom=chr12 span=54
54602 0.23
54702 0.23
54802 0.09
54902 -0.47
55002 0.64
55102 -0.11
variableStep chrom=chr11 span=61
180879 -3.69
180979 -4.04
181079 -1.85
181179 -1.37
181279 0.11
181379 1.05
181890 -0.5
181990 2.22
---------------------end----------------------
When I add this track to the browser with assembly
hg18, chromosome 10 probes show up but other
chromosomes do not.
Prior to this week, the track displayed correctly but
unfortunately not anymore.
