Hi , my name is Vet/ Khaled Mahgoup from Egypt I prepare my PHD degree in poultry disease my work concern by IBV virus .I made a sequence of the S1 gene of my virus (4 Isolates) I need to make phylogenic tree and Nucleotide identities % table of my isolates . I red in paper published in virology journal about use soft ware from site www.genome.ip so pleases I need help.
Can I send the sequence and you send me the phylogenic tree and table of Nucleotide identities ,I have the panel of viruses I want to match with and the Gene Bank accession numbers OR you allow me to use your web
