Dear colleagues,

I am Dmitriy Skvortsov, a postdoctoral fellow in UCLA dept of Human
Genetic. We've generated an extensive map of gene expression in 40+
different tissues (including ~30 different brain region) in macaque
and we plan to make this data publicly available upon publication.

Ideally, we would like to present the data in the format of genome
browser similarly to "GNF Atlas 2" , providing a convenient tool study and
compare expression patterns across different tissues. I felt that a
custom track option in Genome Browser would satisfy this goal.
However, now that I'm acquainted with instructions and formats, I feel
that custom tracks do not offer capabilities that are needed for
visualization of expression dataset with multiple values for the same
position on genome i.e. presenting expression for different tissues .

Would you be able to suggest a solution to this problem and suggest
how to add this multi-tissue dataset to genome browser?

Thank you,
Dmitriy Skvortsov, PhD
