[Genome] link for custom track does not work

Hello Diana,

It appears that there is also a position specified in your data file 
("browser position 21") that is overwriting the position given in the 
URL.  If you remove the position in the file, this should resolve the 
problem.

Let us know if this does not work, or if you have further questions.
