[Genome] horse genome

Dear genome,

I have come across the page http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/ 
equCab1/bigZips/  with some interest.
The description provides info on all the genome files, but from the  
names such as est, mrna or refmrna, I conclude there are other  
information available as well. Could you provide information what  
that is, who collated or alike.
