[Genome] link for custom track does not work

Hello UCSC-Browser:

I have a list of data that I want to visualize int he genome browser.
For each item of the list (gene) I would like to have a direct link
that shows the exact position along with my custom tracks.

For this I made a test with the following link:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?org=human&db=hg17&position=chr21:13000000-14000000&hgt.customText=http://www.uni-saarland.de/fak8/genetik/rawdata/2007_02_20_poster_exam.bed

It takes a bit to open and when it does it shows the whole chromosome
21 rather than the specified position.

Could you please tell me if I have done something wrong and why it is
not working?
