Jay an,

You can find which genes are expressed in a certain tissue type by using
the table browser.

Here are two previously answered mailinglist questions with instructions
on how to get this information in two different ways:

http://www.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2006-September/011685.html
http://www.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2006-April/010327.html

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to
contact us again if you require further assistance.
