Hi Makiko,
We get data for the sno/miRNA track from Michel Weber of Laboratoire de
Biologie Moleculaire Eucaryote, CNRS Universite who collaborates with Paul
Sabatier (UMR5099, Toulouse, France) and Sam Griffiths-Jones of The Wellcome
Trust Sanger Institute (Cambridge, UK).
Michel has been pretty diligent on providing us frequent updates once every
2 to 3 months.
The latest sno/miRNA track was updated mid-Feb.
For mm8, there is a miRNA track, which is also provided by Michel. Last
update of mm8.miRNA was done in December last year.
Fan.

Dear Support,
I use UCSC Genome Browser to reconcile our data with public data.
So I have questions.
Your Tracks have sno/miRNA data and these data for miRNA is from miRBase.
miRBAse often update. Latest Release is 9.1.
Is the fixed release or latest release that we can look with UCSC Genome
Browser?
How about mm8 ?
Thanking you in advance for your quick and detailed information we remain
with
best regards
Makiko Otsuji
