[Genome] oryLat1 genome assembly

Hi Brooke,

Thank you for your fast reply.

There are two thing I found in webpage.

1. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/gasAcu1/multiz8way/
fugu genome assembly used for multiz is fr2 not fr1.

2. http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer4/bigZips/chromFa.tar.gz
I think someone forgot to add chrNA_random and chrUn_random in above tar.gz
