[Genome] liftOver chain files

Klaus,

We don't have a liftOver chain from mm3 to mm8 but you can do this in two
steps. First you can lift from mm3 to mm7 using mm3ToMm7.over.chain and
then you could lift that result to mm8 using mm7ToMm8.over.chain.
You can find these files by going to the Mouse section on our downloads
server:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html

mm3ToMm7.over.chain can be downloaded by following the link to "Archived
mm3 liftOver files" and mm7ToMm8.over.chain may be found through the
"LiftOver files" link under the Aug. 2005 (mm7) section.
