Hello,
I hope you can help me please? I have a list of exonic SNPs and I would like
to know whether they are synonymous or non-synonymous or not. I have tried
searching with the tables feature on the UCSC genome browser but I haven't
had any luck. I realise that it is probably because I am not familiar with
the website. I hope you can tell me where I can go to find this information?
and if I can do that specific search? I know that I could do this one by one
but I thought it would be more efficient to do it with a search and better
for my thesis to use new resources. I have attached to file if that would
help.
Many thanks in advance,
Best wishes,
Lorna
