[Genome] question re EST strand

Hi,

Please take a look in EST AI338830 in human hg18 build. 

According to the alignemnt of this EST, it is lcoated on plus strand.

But according to the genome browser it is located on the minus strand.

You explained me in the past (I think it was Robert Kuhn) that you
annotate the EST strand according to location of splice sites.

But this EST has only one exon (no evidence of splicing). In the
estOrientInfo this EST has '0' value in the intronOrientation column.

Can you please explain me from what strand this EST it derived? What do
you do in case intronOrientation=0?
