Hello Kasper,

Your request for display of PCR products is a reasonable one. 
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a feature like this. This is in 
our future implementation list, but there are some higher priority tasks 
on the list as well. Right now I don't have any estimate of when it 
would be completed.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you could make a simple BED file out 
of the locations of your PCR products and display them as a custom track.
