[Genome] Obtaining images

I am working on a site that will have related data graphed on images 
much like your site.  I would like to have the corresponding sequence 
image from your site to be displayed next to the graphed images of 
our data.  To do this I would need to be able to submit a sequence 
query to your site and retrieve only the graphed image.  Is there any 
way of doing this or some thing similar to this.
