[Genome] panTro2 net alignment with human - chr4:69716327-69717044

Hi UCSC
I'm a big fan of using the net alignments between
hg18/panTro2 to call fixed differences in my data set.
But this region on chr4 seems to have a lot of
substitutions to be on a top level alignment:
chr4:69716327-69717044
