hi Neal & Ashley,

Thanks for your creative suggestions -- our staff loved them :-)! 
We are definitely *not* a stodgy bunch here at UCSC, but your 
"bowser" might push the limits for some of our users. However, it 
does sound like it might make a great learning tool for young 
scientists-in-training. Interested in volunteering :-)?
